The difficulty begins when you have an insurance claim, and the guy says your MH will look brand new... To whom? A third world refugee?
They never completed the work to my satisfaction, wanted more modifications, which would be out of pocket.
Shoddy SLOW work. Much of the hard part was done by myself and family. We tore out the carpeting, soaked through and through.
They worked on my place for over a month! Gouges into the ceilings, walls, broken ceiling fan, dents and gouges in my floor, doorframe, screens torn and bent, Skirting dented and gouged. Damaged doors, built ins were ruined. (How did I end up with damaged interior doors? They left them outdoors in the rain for days.)
I was promised two new looking rooms. I ended up with a mess.
They made themselves at home in my neighbors yards, who thought there was more break time than work going on...
Several calls later, never satisfied. No reply.
And did you know white caulk does nothing for nailer "dimples" in trim wood? They must have used a case of caulk on my bedroom, alone.
Oh, they panelled around an auxillary electrical fitting, and ruined the wiring to the outlet.
Overall, I may be that one in a million dissatisfid customer, but I doubt it.
They got Thousands from my insurance, and me.
What did I get?
Crooked doors with 3 different kinds of doorknobs, and more repairs due to their shoddy work. Oh and "some settling may occur..."
Anywhere, but damaged homes cry out for a better contractor.
Gee, did they need a building permit???

Never again. Mobile Maintenance made several mistakes, during 'repairs'. They caused damage to my kitchen floor, discarded scrap material under my home (some of which had nothing to do with repairs), installed the wrong bathroom vent, didn't secure the siding, had to redo the skirting, installed a wall mount for an exterior outlet when it should have been a recessed J-block, didn't replace all the drip edge on the roof, and more. Even though they corrected their mistakes to the best of their ability, those mistakes should not have been made in the first place.

Called Mobile Maintenance Inc., Fridley, MN, again (as Steve installed a venting pipe, back in 2012, and I kept his card). My water softener or water heater was leaking all over my floor. The temperature was below zero and he managed to work me in and arrived in time to save my floor from being permanently damaged. Steve did all the appropriate actions to dry out or removed the surrounding areas that had gotten moistened or wet (including the insulation under my home). When it was all dry, he had several of his guys come out (the water softener was the culprit) and repaired or restored everything to the original shape (except better...kudos to everyone!). His people were professional and took care not to cause any damage to the path of the problem area. They cleaned up everything before they left! Great job considering all the calls he was getting for freezing pipes. I would use Mobile Maintenance again, and would recommend them to anybody that needs work done, especially on your mobile home!

This company is run by a scam artist. He hires these hooligans to work for him, doesn't call after it is complete to make sure it was done right. I had to call and complain about it not being finished. Left crap at the house for me to clean up. This guy only cares about getting your money and clearly does not care to find good workers to do HIS work or even make sure was done right.

My furnace stopped turning on one night, next day I called Mobile Maintenance and not only were they friendly and helpful on the phone they were here in 30 min. like they said and had my problem fixed in minutes! Good price and great service I will call them again for sure!!Blaine, Mn
