We are Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors, Accountants, Bookkeepers, and general business consultants.  We are based in Minnesota, but we are national in scope.  Our ProAdvisors are located throughout the United States which allows us to work outside of regular business hours to meet your needs. 

Our Senior Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and Founder, Katy Sutherland, has over a decade of experience and genuinely enjoys teaching individuals & businesses how to use QuickBooks.  She has had the pleasure of exceeding her employers’ expectations as an Office Manager of a small Minnesota-based company, a Staff Accountant for a merchant services provider, a Training Coordinator for a Fortune 500 company, and the Director of Accounting for a medium sized marketing firm in Minnesota.  Her experience in these roles inspired her to share her wealth of knowledge with other Office Managers across the country.  Her book, Master of All Trades - The Office Manager, is scheduled for a 2011 release and includes valuable information for anyone striving to be invaluable in today's office environment.
