The services they actually performed went well, but pricing was not what I was told on the phone. They quoted me $25-$35 on the phone and when I picked up my ignition cylinder charged me $48. I mentioned it to the guy ringing me up and he didn't seem to care.

Ron provided my business the very bad service I have ever received from a locksmith company they were not able to meet my security needs at a very high price. I‘m not going to do any more business with him.

needed someone asap, in this Minneapolis winter a lockout could be deadly, but contacted Minn. lock and key and they were right on time and at a very good rate.

I've lived in South Minneapolis for over 20 years and everytime I use this local locksmith shop to help install new locks or cut keys they have done an excellent job. They definitely provide the type of service that is hard to find these days. One of the guys recently came to put new locks on our porch door. He was fast, friendly, and knew what he was doing.
