Purchased through Costco, the Magic Carpet representative was in the store(Maple Grove). Were they competitively priced? who knows, the manufacturers and retailers have the styles, names and brands so convoluted it's impossible to compare. Costco (Magic Carpet) were the highest priced of all the bids but Costco has never let us down on price and quality before, so paid the extra money. The Magic Carpet rep. told me they use their own installers. I guess it depends on what the word "their" means. The installers that showed up at my house were sub-contracted by Magic Carpet. TWO WEEKS! after the installation I needed the installers name to address an issue (not part of original install), called Magic Carpet, some old dude answered the phone, he couldn't find my previous work, wouldn't give me the original installers name and wanted to send someone else out and charge me $120 to check out the issue. After spending $8700 on carpet I work expect better service. Move along, nothing special here.

I have purchased flooring at least three times from Magic Carpet. The carpet is beautiful and has worn well. The installers were professional and very pleasant.

The measurement of area used for bidding job less than the amount of product delivered and amount of product installed.Unethical practice by this merchant. Magic Carpets bid the job based on their measurement of 1437 sqft. The actual laminate product that was delivered was 1408 sqft which is less than the measured area. All along Magic Carpets knew that the job could be completed in 1408 sqft. One box of 13 sqft left over wastage of atleast 40-50 sqft. All along magic carpet knew that they were doing fradulent measurements. Unable to get credit back or satisfactory response about their measurement practices. Business licences for such unethical business should be revoked so that consumers in the future are protected from the unethical and fradulent practices of this business.

When I was looking for carpet for my home, I shopped at 6 different carpet stores.######I found Magic Carpets to be the BEST PRICE, and the largest selection.######The sales staff was very knowledgable and nice to work with.
