Customer no sercvice

Bad quality printing

I ordered envelopes from this company and the printing was washed out. When i called the customer no service, the lady said that is how they look like and if i want to return them i have to pay restocking fee. Then she suggested that i should send them a sample to the Photo department without a calim number or any identifications and she also refused to give me her name and finally she said just put Jenn. I can tell that was not her real name. This was the worst company that i have ever dealt with.
