The food is really pretty good here and the portions are generous.

Service is polite and good too.

My only complaint here is the place is too danged noisy.

We have eaten there twice and seated next to a large table, the

partyers were very obnoxious. If this happened again, I will ask to move.



I would def. eat there again and have eaten there at least 4 times.

The bread is outstanding and the Spinach Salad is something

I am hungry for now.

I'm sorry to see that you think so little of such a loved place. I review every place that my husband and i eat at due to this is where we pick most of our ideas from and the feed back is a very large part of our choice. Buca was a very nice place to eat at and i couldnt have been happier. Since you are comparing Buca to Chucky cheese i am going to say Chucky cheese sounds more along your age and maybe you should stick with Chuck Cheese and drop your ill minded thoughts for such a fresh and unforgetable dining experience. It is hard to find a place that isnt going to rob you blind while still leaving you overly full with even more to still take home. I didn't feel rushed to hurry and eat or even order food. The waiter was lovely and more then helpful even bring us out something to try when we were unsure of what to order. I am more then happy to state that Buca di Beppo is one of the best places in the central Fl area to enjoy a night out with friends and family.

That would be so awesome. I think the one in Tn. is great. Please consider this as a great place to have one.

My husband and I frequent Buca di Beppo and we always look for the chain when we are on the road. There is something about fresh pasta that keeps us coming back. We also enjoy the leftovers. If you want a filling meal at a reasonable price check out Buca di Beppo in Parma.

I have been here several times with groups of people and we've always enjoyed it. The food is great and the service is always very friendly and helpful. They state that Buca is "Italian style dining". Thats exactly what it is. No, it's not the place to go for a quiet, romantic meal. I would think that's obvious. But if you want someplace to go for great food and a loud, fun atmosphere, Buca is it!

Absolutely yummy food. Keep up the good cooking. Your place is pleasant, but the food is awesome.

They play with some of the stereotypes about Italians and Italian customs. As an Italian, It is truly funny to look at what your grandparents were like as newly imagrated Americans. So, this is what most people think of when they think Italian food. It's southern Italian, red sauce. They do it well, good hearty country italian. Probably the closest to what you would find in Italy with some American adaptations. I loved their enormous portions and down home presentation. They now offer small portions, a consolation to what non italians seem to expect. You will find the food to be hearty, filling, full of flavor and fully enjoyable. This is Italian, it is a great experience, form the food, presentation, atmosphere and ambiance. This is as close to a visit to Italy as you can get with out going there. If you have not been there, an explosion of both warm and hilarious decor, from the bust of the Pope to the wall art including the bathrooms, that you will find nowhere else. It is an experience you will want to go back for again and again.

This restaurant has more than 120 different ratings and nearly all of them are great ratings. Considering that no other Italian restaurant in the Hickory area has more than one or two ratings, this demonstrates the lack in validity to these false ratings. It would seem fairly obvious that someone involved with the restaurant is posting "great ratings." Plus the place isn't very good unless you are looking for that "Chucky Cheese" Italian environment. You shouldn't take any of the great ratings seriously.

The food is good here, served in very large portions. The problems I have are that the dinners are just the main course, if you want a salad or bread then you order it extra. The service was not very good either. I think they were a little too laid back....

Perfect for a special occasion and very "theme" oriented. Food is above average and there's plenty of it!

I really like the food here and how it's served family style. It's a unique experience. Grab 4-6 people and come here for a good 2 hour dinner.

The food was great! Service a little slow. Busier times can be quite loud. Do not go if you want a quiet dinner.
