This was my first experience at Key Collision. I told them up front I had other estimates from their competitors who had fixed my cars before. Besides being incredibly pleasant to deal with, the folks at Key gave me a less expensive idea about how to fix my new 2009 Toyota Corolla. I had been to several other body shops with the car and neither came up with a way to save money while still using new parts. I was paying for the damage myself so the final bill was important to me. I got new parts, blended paint (not just paint on the parts that were replaced) and the car looks like brand new again. The final bill was $15 less than what they had anticipated which was a little bonus and on top of it all, they gave me a loaner car which no other body shop had offered to do making getting home, picking up my car and the time in between so much smoother. I would definitely go there again and recommend this shop to friends as well. My car looks great!
