The days of the small independent grocery store are almost gone. This nice little neighborhood store almost always has what I need, as well as service with a smile. The folks behind the checkout counter always seem glad to see me, unlike some places, where they look it you as if you are ruining their day. If you eat too much at the pizza joint next door, Kathys will have some good antacid for you. Need a light bulb? a snack? Kathys has you covered.
