Josephine's Tailors came highly recommended to me, which only further exacerbates the dissapointing experience I had there!I dropped my wedding gown off on a Saturday and was told that I would get a call on Wednesday by the tailor who works with their bridal alterations to set up my appointment. At 3:00pm Weds I hadn't heard anything, so I called them and was told I would get a call on Thursday. When I hadn't heard anything by Saturday afternoon, I called again. I was apologized to, and was told I'd get a call within a half hour. Now it is Monday at 1:00pm and I've just gotten off the phone with Josephine for the last time - after being told I would get a call tomorrow to set up an appointment for this Friday (which I previous expressed didn't work for me) I told her no thank you, I will be picking my dress up and finding another tailor. Absolutely terrible customer service!
