I started up a small bakery and was looking for some gently used items to cut costs. I was glad I went, I saved money and found some rare baking items that you can only find on Ebay or Etsy. I would have given 5 stars except they didn't have some of the items I needed used so I had to purchase them new. They ordered the items I needed and it only took about a week or so. I will be back to the Palen company as my bakery expands. Really interesting place!

Terrific place for rare finds. I bought a good deal of equipment opening up my place. Convenient location is easy to get to for last minute needs. Joe also makes weekend appointments which saved me a couple times. Check it out for yourself.

I enjoyed my experience at the Jos. F. Palen Co. Joe was friendly and accommodating and helped me locate all the items I needed. The location is convenient, right near Target Field and it's easy to park. Will go back for my next purchase!
