The doctors at HRI are very knowledgeable, and the staff is absolutely wonderful. This is THE place to go to in the region for hair loss at any age. They are the only multi-therapeutic clinic in the area, meaning that they have multiple potential treatment options and therapies they can customize to make sure that you achieve the hair you want. It's not a one-size-fits all solution, and the staff will work with you to make sure they come up with the perfect plan for you. I'm especially impressed with the level of detail the staff provides after treatment. They create a customized treatment plan in order to maintain the strength of your hair. Between the cleanliness of the office and the friendliness of the staff I was very satisfied!

I can’t say enough about this company. I was so nervous to get this procedure done but with the confidence shown by “Rowdy” and their staff, all my worries were put to rest! The staff was extremely friendly and personable. My comfort was their number one concern right along with doing a great job to get the best results. I was so comfortable in fact I fell asleep 3 different times while getting the procedure done. I wish I could remember all the ladies names involved in the procedure to thank them personally as they did a great job and was fun to chat with them. I did have some questions after the procedure and Rowdy got back to me within minutes with the answers. This crew seemed very close like they were family and I loved that type of atmosphere!

I am so pleased and so grateful to have found Hair Restoration Institute. A huge part of who I am has been saved. When women start to lose her hair she panics. This outfit has been the most honest source of help to me in my journey of hair loss. I believe even way more then the dermatology world. I really like that they recommended an option that was specifically the best fit for me since they have several options to help those that suffer from hair loss. I got my hair transplant end of October 2016. I was told it would take a year for results and patients is key.
It has now been a year and a half and I have never been called for a follow up or to see if I was happy with the results.
I still have to shave my head because the hair does not grow in full and now I have a pretty big scar to go with it.
For the cost of this procedure I am very unhappy with the results. I fell as if I spent 10k to get a scar and still shave my head.

I went to the St.Paul location to get some general information about what HRI could do for me. I have alopecia and have for 22 years and I am ready for a change. I was nervous but excited as well. The staff was friendly and inviting and I felt they were knowledgeable on my condition and what would be the best choice of service for me. I was quoted a price for a partial prosthetic because I have a lot if good hair growth to work with and although I was referred to Bloomington for a more accurate quote I was told the quote I was given was on the "high" end. Excited that this may be attainable! I went to the HRI in Bloomington and the disappointment began as soon as I walked in the door. It was not as warm and inviting. In talking with the staff at Bloomington, I did not have good hair to work with and I would need a full prosthetic; which in turn doubles the cost and as a result is.no longer an attainable goal. I do not disagree with the cost, or what they can provide their clients; however I am disappointed in how I was given information that was not accurate. I was embarrassed to be shuffled through the lobby with tears flowing down and no one calling to touch base with me until I contacted them a week later. So my advice to you is to ask questions and have then write everything down for you! Maybe go straight to Bloomington!

I have been a patient for over 5 years and I can actually say it still chokes me up thinking of my life before "hair". I'm blessed everyday when I look in the mirrow. HRI is my answer to prayer. After trying any and everything...nothing worked, by chance I ended up here after a referral from a co-worker. I really believed there was no hope, I would just have to live with thin hair and people wondering what was wrong with me, what happened to my hair. After my consulation, I decided to try one more thing...this last chance. WOW...you should see me now. (Seriously if you want to see pictures...let me know). I know it seems like everyone is trying to see something that doesn't work the way they claim and I have been there not knowing who to trust or what more you should try, but believe me, you won't regret it. You owe it to yourself to check it out. I have the wonderful thick hair I had when I was growing up. I can shower, go swimming, curl it, straighten it, be in the wind..AMAZING!!!!

Hair Restoration Institute does have the only clinical FDA approved laser devise. It's called the MEP90. Viewers can go the the fda.org site to confirm. It is a medical devise that requires a Dr. percription. Our Dr. is Dr. Nortan Abramson. 34 years experience. For full credentials on Dr. Abramson, you may go to www.abramsonhair.com. We also give a warning to the patient first before we charge for missed appointments. It is common curtiousy to call if you need to cancel so that another patient can use the laser. Sorry Bill you are miss informed whoever you are.

I found the Laser Hair Therapy to be everything the hair loss consultant explained to me. Not only did I stop my hair loss but I actually regrew a significant amount of new hair that I didn't have before I began the treatments. The devise they used to count my new growth was amazing. thank goodness for a clinic that has as much passion and compassion for people like me who once suffered from hair loss. PF

They say their lasers are FDA approved, this is a lie! Only the Hairmax Lasercomb was cleared by the FDA this clearance does not pertain to lasers in general, just the lasercomb. This company also has the nerve to charge you for missed appointments not canceled within 24 hours. If these people were doctors (not hair stylists and sales consultants) and if I didn't pay upfront this wouldn't be a problem, but it seems to me this company only was only interested in my money. The service was overpriced and I didn't get any results even though the sales people tried to convince me otherwise and in hindsight it was pretty obvious that none of the people involved with the laser program had no medical expertise whatsoever.
