I was reminiscing about the good ole' days when you could actually walk into a music store and talk to someone who knew what they were talking about. But alas I can't seem to find one anymore, oh there are some shops that pretend to have your best interests in mind and then there are those shops that think they know what is cool in theory. But they usually either have a corporate interests breathing down their neck or at least put on an heir to that affect. Then there is ENCORE MUSIC! Whenever I walk in there I am treated like a musician with respect and dignity. I like that! I'm not just a dollar sign. Chad (the owner) always knows, not only what is cool but usually has it as well. What's cool about his shop is he caters to all levels of musicianship from beginner to pro. His shop is a veritable treasure chest of cool gear! My suggestion would be, if you are looking for cool used gear of any kind give Encore Music a serious look first! You will be pleasantly surprised!
