TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I parked at the Dinkytown lot. You have to call in your payment, or have a smart phone to use their app. I called. Their automated voice operator is very garbled and difficult to understand. The choices for parking read to you do not match what the parking lot sign says. I accidentally paid for 8 hours of parking instead of 1 hour. There is no confirmation menu before you're charged. It was only in the text I received after that I discovered the error. I phoned right away. I got a person who couldn't help me, and gave me a phone number for the "supervisor." This person also said he couldn't help me, and I would have to talk to the "manager." It took a day to get that person on the phone. He also couldn't help me. He argued with me that I had read the signs wrong, and that they do not give refunds regardless. He said he would have to speak to the "owner." That was a week ago, and I haven't heard back. I paid $21.50 for something that should have cost $4. I will never park there again.
