I would not recommend this apartment complex after living there for just shy of one year. It is incredibly loud, with walls thin enough to hear the barking dog next door, the people upstairs, the drunks in the hallway, etc. Rarely is there a quiet weekend around this place. The courtyard/pool area is always filled with Jersey-shore-type drunks, such that those of us who would otherwise enjoy the amenities, will not consider it. We moved here as young professionals hoping for a classy/luxurious complex, as they advertised themselves. It's far from advertised. The amenities they show on tours are never open outside of normal business hours, because the other tenants vandalize and steal, so they lock it all up. On top of that, management is constantly in and out of your apartment for various reasons. I've never been interrupted more by any other management company. They failed to disclose several large construction projects they'd be doing on the building when we signed our lease. Had we known there would be construction crews outside our windows for 7 months of our 10 month lease, we'd certainly have thought twice about signing - then again, I suppose they knew that. The management/staff spend the majority of their time outside the building smoking, so good luck getting any assistance when you need something. Do yourself a favor and live elsewhere... literally anywhere else.
