Appointment only? Really???

Appointment only? Really??? Your employees are at the shop during the day answering the phones and telling me I can t stop in unless I spend $50 or more. And when I ve inadvertently stopped by the store during these hours there are several employees in the store and yet they won t let anyone in. What do you think you are a fine gem shop LOL? Have it your way. I had no problem finding what I need at Michaels Craft store and on eBay. I will not be patronizing your store in the future.
