We have spent close to $17,000 every year for the last 5 years, each year the service gets worst, if that is even possible. They leave the grounds littered and trashed after tear down. The quality of the tents is poor at best. The side walls are riped and mildewed. They don't follow directions for set up. This year when we requested the sales rep and manager come out to see the job, they haven't shown up. Finally had to hold payment on the second half to get any results.

My daughter's wedding was absolutely perfect in large part to our Apres consultant, Katiee! The quality of service and product selection was wonderful. There was not a worry or concern that was not addressed immediately, and believe me, I was a very high maintenance Mom! Hannah's table settings were perfect, and I would always highly recommend Apres! I
