This service is excellent. We were 2.5 hours late arriving into MSP, but I had alerted the driver before departure and he was exactly where he was supposed to be. He was polite, personable and kept his cool in driving to our hotel in terrible traffic. The driver who took us back to the airport was also prompt, polite and personable and got us to the airport as promised. Highly recommend and will use again.
