On Tuesday February 26, 2013 I was looking to go to a local bar to meet some friends and have a few drinks. As such I did not want to drive my own car and figured a taxi would be the best call. Around 10:45 pm I called Airport taxi and was told I should have a taxi within 20 minutes. After 40 minutes had passed I called and was told their drivers in the area had "suddenly gotten busy", but I was next on the list. I waited another 20 minutes and called back and was told that they had not even sent a cab my way yet at this point and that because I was only one person I was not high enough priority. When I said I was unsatisfied with this response and would like to talk to a manager "Amy" the girl on the other end hung up. I will NEVER use this taxi service again and I would suggest the same to anyone else who would actually like to be picked up sometime this century.

this morning 3/23/2012 for a cab from Red and White Taxi - dont you dare call them, at about 4:00 am for a 5:00 am pickup on Minikada Court in St. Louis Park, MN. It took the man on the phone over 20 minutes (I checked my phone after) to put my order in. First he had to hear me, I think he was deaf. Then he said he could not find my address in St. Louis Park in the computer. The company I work for, a financial institution down town on 2nd Ave used this company in the past so I had their number in my cell and in a pinch and against my better judgement called them. I need to mention, our division does not use this cab company anymore for many reasons, but I had the number and it was easy, so I thought.



To make matters worse, the cab never showed. I called, and called and they said it was on the way. At 5:45 I finally called Airport Taxi to get me to the airport. Airport was at my door in 10 minutes and the driver even loaded my bag for me and unloaded it at the airport. I have now missed my flight even though I allowed an extra hour, so I have 3 hours to let the world know on every social media site not to use this company. Deserves a zero if you ask me.

NEVER use this company! I called them the day before. The taxi showed 1/2 hour AFTER the time I needed. I needed the driver to take me to the train station, and because he showed up VERY LATE, I had to ask him to take me directly to the airport. Then he apologized being late with hard to believe excuses ("got wrong address...got lost" but never called me to verify!), charged me $32.50, I gave him $35 WITHOUT mentioning I was giving him a tip (obviously I was not), and he kept all of the money! He should offered me at least the change, but he didnt. All he wanted was to force me to pay him the entire trip to the airport without respecting that I didnt wanted to do that. I am a student, so I llok for the cheapest way to get to any place. Definitively I do NOT recommend this line and will never do business with them again.

Call Airport Taxi for everything. Dont' waste your time (or frustration) with another taxi company. Learn from my mistakes!!!



Your call gets answered right away when you call, and your cab is always on time. The drivers are friendly and they are required to keep their cars clean inside and out.

The driver was very polite, clean van and was on time. Truth he was early which was better.######Will take again and recommend to others
