I'm surprised by some of these comments. We have been using Mineola Fuel for several years now without a problem. They always deliver when they say they will and their reps have always been courteous and helpful.

Ordered a tank reading. Billed me for the service, but never actually did it!

Apparently this business feels it is ok to charge for oil deliveries that have not yet occurred! I placed an order on Tuesday, they called to notify me that they would not be available to deliver until Friday, but they failed to mention that my credit card payment would be processed 3 days before the oil is actually delivered. I do not agree with their practice of charging before delivery! When I called to discuss this I could only speak with an answering service and was unable to speak with an actual representative of Mineola fuel! Extremely poor customer relations. Happy Thanksgiving!

Called three days in a row, I was promised OIL will be delivered tomorrow. Never happened. After I have mentioned that I have been calling three days in row, I got a very bad attitude for the customer service. STAY AWAY!!
