We are having them do our sheetrock. They have shown up as scheduled, nice guys, pretty clean at the site, excellent cuts around the cam lights. These guys work hard, are very reasonable and nice guys. I highly reccomend them. We have used other before, and these guys top everyone else.

Milwaukie Construction does beautiful work. Tree roots had lifted and broken the sidewalk in front of our house creating a roller coaster of broken concrete. I hadn't much hope for it to look nice after the city's arborist approved only a small amount of root cutting but Tony's work proved otherwise. The gentle grade of the walk and cut out for the tree looks clean and natural. I'm especially happy that he replaced the pad between the bottom step and the sidewalk where water had pooled for years. None of the other companies who looked at it said it could be corrected. Problem solved.
Tony also covered his work in plastic and surrounded the sidewalk with barricades tied together with orange rubber netting to protect it from missteps and discourage those who wished to leave their initials. I would go on but you should just come see the work at 1968 SE Mulberry Ave - 97214
