I have never been so insulted and disrespected like I have at this trashy bar! It all started with me coming in with a bunch of friends getting ready to sing some karaoke. We walked in and went to the bar to get a drink and order food. We only wanted water at the time because we were unsure of what we wanted, but the jerk of a manager told us we had to buy bottled water, even though we just spent $40+ on food! While waiting for the food I decide to use the restroom to wash my hands. As I am in the bathroom, I notice a bartender using the restroom. After the toilet flushed and she came out, she walked straight out of the bathroom WITHOUT washing her hands. I followed her thinking maybe she would wash them behind the counter, and that was a definite NO! I was so disgusted that I had brought it up to management just to be told that I was a liar. Wow, calling your customers liars? Great start! Then the bartender was the one to deliver my food, and I asked that she return it and have someone else deliver it to me unless she washed her hands. I was not about to eat something that she was handling. When the food came out the second time I noticed that the one food ingredient I am allergic to (and I made the server and bartender aware) was sitting on the plate. I told them and they told me that's how it comes in the bag and they can't pick it off. Seriously? I thought your food was supposedly fresh? After that fiasco I was not about to stay and finish out the night. As I was leaving with a few friends, the one waitress, muttered "b****" under her breath. I will never go back there and I hope others see the rudeness that is management. Funny thing is there have been 30+ different bartenders/waitresses there within 8 months because no one wants to stay and work for such a terrible excuse for a human being. Don't waste your money at this over priced hell hole!
