BUYER BEWARE! We first met Matt at the 2015 Wisconsin NARI show. We had a large project ahead of us Prior to signing the contract we made sure that Matt understood our completion date of Sept 11 because of a family event that we had planned to host. The date was written into the contract – as of this posting – February 16, 2016 our project is still not complete. No documentation of delays. No reasons give. Inappropriate responses/language on some communications. After 2 requests NO PARTIAL OR FULL LEIN WAVIERS GIVEN ON PAYMENTS RECEIVED. “I don’t operate like that” Direct quote. Quality control of Sub’s work not very good, WE have had to point mistakes made. Doesn’t communicate on weekends unless forced to.Had to clean up after Sub’s on a daily bases, very sloppy. Questioned “double” payment previously discussed work, still no resolution.Takes no responsibility for poor work, sloppy work, or being behind schedule. NOT WORTH THE AGGRIVATION!!
