My daughter lock my computer so I took it to office max to get it unlock they said it was nothing at the time I was going thru a hard time in my pregnacy so I didn't ask them about the computer and they never call about it after having my son I when to the store to ask about it and I was inform that the computer that I had trust them with was send to the recycling. I was supper mad I had about 10 yes worth of memories in it I was assure that corporate would here about this because the employee that took my computer in never inform me about there policies. I guess they only keep computers for few weeks before sending them to recycling and also they never made the attempt of contacting me . I was given the corporate number I call and left a voicemail a representative call me and I miss the call I call back several times left numerous voicemail I have been transfer from person to person and nothing I keep hitting a death end so I call back to home depot an the supervisor said there is nothing she can do for me is all up too corporate now 9 months later and I'm still calling about it im so dessapointed and hurt Cruz many memories wore lost and this people couldn't face there mistake
