The manager is incompetent and calling customer service is a damn waste of time. I live about a mile away from this location. I purchased an item from the family dollar on 26 and North ave. I tired returning the item to the one closes to my home, I wasn't able to return the item even I had a receipt. That's absolutely ridiculous that I have to return the item to the store I purchased it from. Which is about 4 or 5 miles away.

I live directly across the street from this location i go to the store almost everyday it has gotten worser since the store is under new management the store is never clean the store manager never take her job serious until she knows her boss is coming in the following day ive seen the ss. Manager and greeter smoking weed on break while a guy ran out with unpaid items this very unprofessional something needs to be done about this. The store manager needs to consider another career cause she has no clue to what shes doing get these dirty employees out stop letting the good ones go...get it together before yall be on fox 6
