I wouldn't use this guy, Sloppy work and falls apart after 6 months!! I have made many attempts by e-mail and phone calls pleading with Dan to come fix his mistakes to no prevail. 6 tiles to date have fallen off and Dan has yet to look at his work or even call me back. Called BBB to file a complaint and even left Dan a message before I did and still he wouldn't call me to discuss his sloppy work. Check into who you use even if a contractor hires them, you don't have a lot of recourse if job goes bad and tile guy is an unethical businessman. Cant believe this guy wouldn't fix his work over having me post a bad review, goes to show what a poor businessman he is and how he doesn't truly care about his work or customer!! Calling a real tile guy to fix Dan's work,
