AFTER 6 MONTH, WE FINALLY RECEIVED OUR FURNITURE'S!

WOW! this was an experience i WILL NEVER FORGET...

My husband and I bought $3000 worth of furniture's at that store for a great fantastic discount. They promised everything will get delivered within 2 Days. After 7 Days finally delivery man showed up with a quarter of our order. After 21 Days another delivery of 2 more pieces of our order. Couple weeks later we keep trying to reach them and figure out, when the final delivery with missing furniture is coming. No response!

They dont ever answer the phone (no voice mail), or when they answer, they tell me, they will call me back, (but never do), or put me on hold for 20 min. and than hang up or they tell me, my order is not existing! They tell me to come to store to help find the order.... I am coming to the store, after 30 min they find my order, and say, it will get delivered this coming week. Just kidding! no sign again of furniture's. After me stopping at store 4 times, to find my order, 15 weeks later getting the runaround. my husband and I gave up to ever receive our new furniture's or money back. a total of 6 month after placing the order, Out of nowhere,I am receiving a phone call of a delivery man, saying, he is at my house with my furniture's. but we moved 2 weeks prior to a new home. So when i told him, we are no longer at the address, he snapped at me and yelled at me why did I not notify the store, that I moved!



UNBELIEVABLE!!!



It took them 6 month to deliver the final furniture's, gave us a runaround for 6 month, worst costumer service ever!!!



But we love the furniture's! ;0

Great quality! but they do not deliver what they promise!



If you wanna save tone of money, be prepared for little/alot of headache, to deal with those people. Besides, the horrible costumer service, we are very happy with the furnitures...

I have furniture from this store and love it. the furniture is Ashley furniture so it's quality. and have a dinning room set on layaway and after that I will be putting more stuff on layaway. stores like Colders and Ashley's don't have layaway so it's not possible for me to shop there, but this store makes it possible to have nice quality furniture.
