I've been here about a handful of times and unfortunately cannot say I will be back. I had gone in for colonic a few different times with both the owner as well as the newer colon hydrotherapist, and about a year ago, I took part in the Center's juice cleanse.

The colonic itself isn't awful, it's like any standard colonic I've gotten here in MKE and in Chicago. What set this place apart was the service (or lack there of). I went in recently for a colonic with the newer colon hydrotherapist and was given unsolicited medical advice (not pertaining to my colon or colon health....). At the end, I've usually gotten a pro-biotic but didn't get one for some reason. I did however, receive a large push to buy whatever products they had in store, which I get it - they probably make commission, so I bought a small item, set up my next appointment and went on my merry way. I received a confirmation email of my appointment, as I have in the past.

The date of the next appointment arrives and I received a call that it has been cancelled and that I will need to reschedule. Since I didn't have my planner with me, I opted to call back and schedule it for another time, which I never did (because frankly, I forgot to).

A few weeks later I see a charge on my credit card for an appointment I didn't book and a service I didn't receive and they can't keep their story straight of why I received this erroneous charge on my account, which I will continue to dispute.

All services are overpriced. I had a massage that was basically a rub down, even after I asked for more pressure. My massage was for 90 minutes, but it only lasted a little over an hour. My credit card was charged before my appointment with a tip added. Very bad service.
