My first experience with Biggs Roadhouse was about a year ago. Since then it has become my favourite steakhouse. Good food, reasonable prices. My favourite is the Peppercorn ribeye, it is cooked perfectly as I order. I never had a bad meal or unfriendly service.

My family of 4 dined here last weekend and it was terrible. Our food tasted OK but the service was awful,the waitress was slow and rude.When I asked to speak to a manager I was told that the waitress was the manager! Overall not worth it.

The food was cold when it was finally served by a rude waitress that spent the whole time on the phone yelling at her boyfriend.

My family came here to enjoy a night out and got rude service,awful food, and

an unclean restaurant.

Enough said.

We were treated badly by the waitstaff and the food was awful.When we complained to the manager he acted rude and did not apologize .

I went in with my family and had a horrible time. The servers were inattentive and someone was fired and yelled at by whom I presumed to be the manager while dining. The food was cold and disgusting. My 5 year was with me ad there was cursing all throughout the building. I will never go back there!

I have never encountered a staff so rude.... i overheard the man called "lou" whom i assume was the manager verbally abusing his employee immediately when my husband and i entered the restaurant. the food took forever, and although the taste was acceptable, the restaurant was so filthy that i was afraid it would later make me sick
