They will screw you over! I thought this would be my lifelong job and I was let go after 6 plus months for nothing! Communication is KEY Tom! If you want your employees to take on a task, tell them! Very disappointed in Tom P. He has no heart for genuine people who want to contribute to his company. Lastly, per the review below this one: You have no idea what transpired during our employment, therefore you cannot say these reviews are false. I also loved my job there just like your "friend", but my exit was ill- handled by the owner. I now have a job that puts this place to shame, (not to mention a substantial pay increase with benefits, and way better hours). I couldn't be happier I no longer work for Acoustech. I would not have written a review if things were handled in a professional way. This is my first bad review of a business and I hope this helps others!

I have personally worked with Tom (through an Employment Agency). They are always looking to hire good quality employees who value honesty and professionalism. Needless to say, my friend was hired on after SUCESSFULLY working 90 days through an Employment Service, and he LOVES it here. This is most certainly a great employer and should not be viewed any less due to a couple of clearly false reviews. If you value quality, respect, honesty, and integrity - then this is definitely the place to work for you.
