Standard bait and switch quoted me one price and it doubled after they had "complications" that were standard with the job. Did some research on the parts and they doubled the retail price for the part and I know they get it at almost half of retail. Nice looking shop now I know why. $450 for a thermostat??? Do yourself and favor and look elsewhere.

Took my truck. Steering gear replaced...One month after warranty ran out..Steering gear failed. Went to Les Schwabs..Yes a bit more $ ..but...why chase that first dream.The guy on the phone was professional...attempted to get me to come in to make it right...I couldn't wait nor did I want to.Just bummed .

Came in just to check if I needed spark plugs done. Got a quote for plugs, and ignition coils, and had to wait over and hour after being told it would be 15 minutes.

Awful they cannot rotate tires without causing damage to you're vehicle. Twice they over tighten wheel nuts and stripped lug nuts causing damage, then say it wasn't there fault.Never will go back.

In 12 years, I've lived close to here and have had my truck serviced here a couple of times, only to find later that I was overcharged. Do not go here, they're not friendly and you will get overcharged for sure. Find another local mechanic to do business with. The good one's are out there, you just have to keep looking and trying local shops. Stay away!!!!

Do not trust Alpha Fleet Service. They are theifs and scammers. My truck had check engine light on so I took it to this shop. They charged me $40 to identify the problem and they told me it took 2 hours for him to identify the problem. The price to fix it was $300. I couldn't offered so left with truck. Today I went to different mechanic he checked my truck in front of me and took him only 3 minutes to identify the problem. Only $75 and he did fix today. Please don't waste your time and money with this shop and let your friends and family know about him. I want write more in details but don't want to bore you friends please read the other reviews so you can save your hard working earned money. Alpha Fleet THEIF scammer very dishonest.

This place has the dumbest people working in their shop!! I took my truck to them 3 time and each time they got paid and never fixed my truck, they pretty much just cleared the fault cods and told me they fixed the problem. I DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SHOP..

Will never go to this place again they would always take for ever to expedite my repair and when I got my truck it would be worst than when I left it and the owner was good at making sure I paid the bill. But didn't make sure the repairs were done at all went to another shop and in one day they figured out the problem and this shop knows what they're doing AVOID ALPHA FLEET SERVICE DON'T GO NEAR THIS PLACE

NO worth your valuable time.The job on our truck was major but still I thought it took way too long and the communication was terrible. I feel like the mechanic was a good one but looking back on the experience I wish I would have towed on to an honest truck dealership. The job would have been done in a fraction of the time and our wheels would have been rolling sooner which is what it is all about . Don't recommend at all.

So, I read other reviews here, and thought 5 star reviews are true. My truck have dpf fillter problems. Drop my truck on Monday morning.today I call they said they even look my truck today 7 days almost gone.when you come this place they are so nice.after that they don't care you or your business.this is horrible place I not recommend any body to come here to fix yours truck or trailer . worst place ever.

I try to call shop but no connection they act like they are the only business in town they must have have a lot of work for the moment. Frustated of these shops either trying to get more work out people by selling fear and I have bigger problems with my truck. I give them one star for picking up the phone after that it was all discouragement about actually fixing a radiator. I'll find for an honest mechanic and sad to say that is not alpha fleet service!

Very displeased with these people. I paid a bunch of money to still have problems with the brakes. They promised a quick fix them took 2 weeks. To get my truck back. I bright it back because there suppose to be a warranty on the work performed. Truck Sat another week and a half with nothing done to it. I had to take my truck back and take to a different place. BewAre of this place. They will tell you other stuff is broken to get more money. Where is the integrity in your work guys. Can't believe there still in bisness

I had my truck serviced her for synthetic oil change and full inspection of the track. Track was serviced by owner,Overall experience was okay, however, after getting the track back there is some rubber material (from Toyo Tire) hanging near by the timing belt section. Contacted other special, but they said it wasn't a part of my truck so i'm not sure how it got there. Technician should've discover it while doing inspection but not. If the material drop into the timing belt, it could've cause great damage to the track. Technician should be care ful next time. Full inspection report was not give to me when I pick track and I had to call to have a copy send to me. Overall experience is probably better than Walmart (No line at the time), but at this point i'm not sure if I can trust the technician at this shop.

When I took my truck for oil change, I was put under pressure to change rotor and brake pads. My truck is running fine and no problem applying brakes or any squeaking noise. But I believed the mechanic Jason and went ahead as per his suggestion. I didn't have time to get the qotes from other vendors as I wanted my truck by lanch. They charged me $175 for the bosch rotor and $50 for the pads and I noticed that best of the class is sold for $175 for rotor + pads combined. I was also charged 2 hours of labor @ $139/hour. Overall I was charged $493 for replacing rear brakes rotor where as other vendors are charging around $275 to $350 for the same work. I am very disappointed the way I was pressurized and was dupe on the parts and service.

Took our vehicle in for a standard 5K Mile interval service. Tire rotation, oil, fluid inspection, etc.
Appointment was on time. Customer waiting area was filthy.Vehicle was not washed after the service - not a big deal. Windshield washer fluid was low, and was not filled during the service - not a big deal. Coolant level was below minimum and was not filled during the service - kind of a big deal. Called Alpha Fleet Service. They apologized but made no offer to correct the service issues. Unfortunate.

When I went in for an estimate to fix a fuel leak, They suggested it would be between two and three thousand dollars. I said, "No, thanks," and stopped at my neighborhood garage on the way home. Fixed for $115.I also recently had my new garage remove some rusty, rattling parts that I had already paid Alpha fleet to remove. Won't be going back to Alpha Fleet.
