county! He ALWAYS tries to do/fix anything he can without charging you. He is definitely an upright, honest businessmen! The repairs are perfect & last! TY Anderson's!

they only answered their phone once out of the over 100 times i called within 2 hours. and when the did answer, they put me on hold and left me there and the line disconnected. if you want to speak to someone, go to a different business.

I was very disappointed with Anderson. I brought my lawn tractor there in May to replace the starter and do an oil change. I had some pretty serious family issues to deal with over the summer, so the tractor was not a priority with me and apparently not with them either. I needed a part for my push mower so I stopped and asked about the tractor. After searching for paperwork for 15 minutes they finally found record of what needed to be done. It needed $300.00+ worth of work done to it which far exceeded the value of the thing. The clerk started several times to explain to me what needed to be done and I repeatedly told him it wasn't worth the work.
Then he tried to sell me another used machine.
All they needed to do 4 months ago was give me a phone call to explain the repairs needed and we could have been done.
They seem to be overwhelmed with keeping up with good order and customer service.
I don't believe I will go back to Anderson.

These guys are hands on with customer service immediately upon arrival and shoot the best deal in the county so far on all my engine repairs and can trouble shoot almost anything freindly and top grade service with low country boy prices my kinda place

I buy all my mower parts there always helpfuln and fair prices

Repaired my equipment but took a long time.
