Buyer beware ~ if only I could go back in time! This is the absolute worst and most dishonest builder I have experienced. So many things were wrong in my home when it was built, including the smallest thing right down to several outlets didn't work. The Air Conditioner leaked the very first time it was ever used because lines weren't hooked up and the we had mold under our wood floor from doors and windows being left open during rain while it was being built. The windows in several homes melted the siding on their neighbors home, we had it on both sides and still have a problem where our own windows are melting our own siding. Mandrin Homes is the most dishonest bunch of crooks to ever get in business.
