Millis Middle School serves students in grades six through eight. The school offers academic programs in science, language arts, mathematic and social studies. It additionally has foreign language and health and physical education departments. Millis Middle School promotes various sports programs, including flag football, tennis, volleyball, basketball, track, softball and golf. It also provides numerous clubs and organizations, such as a jazz band, yearbook, bowling club and dance team. The school employs counselors who assist with conflict resolution, arrange parent and teacher conferences, provide small-group counseling and arrange peer mediation.
