THIS CAR WASH IS A JOKE THEY PUT VERY LITTLE SOAP ON YOUR CAR WATCH WHEN THE CAR FIRST GOES THROUGH. THE OWNER HAS THE SOAP CUT BACK SO U ONLY GET A LITTLE SOAP .THIS PUTS MORE MONEY IN HIS POCKET ITS A JOKE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A REAL CAR WAS THAT GIVES YOU SOAP .

No supervision of the staff. They pointed out various customers to each other & laughed @ them. I keep the dashboard mount for my GPS on the floor when it's not in use. It's missing. I had a coupon on the dashboard good for 2 months of shopping @ BJ's, it's also gone. This was my 1st trip to Star Wash. It's certainly my last. I paid $23 to have my car washed & lost alot more than $23. I'm going back to Commack where I used to go before I moved here. I didn't realize how well they run the business in Commack until I went to Star Wash.
