I'm working on a project for one of my neighbors which would involve a special kind of card stock to print labels. These labels are to be applied to handmade quilts that my friend, Marion, is making for soldiers in Iraq. The first place that came to my mind was Michaels in Millbury. I love that particular location because the selection of merchandise is extensive and organized! I feel like I'm in a "candy store"!



When I called today, in my search for the specialized card stock, I was greeted by a pleasant speaking woman named Cheryl. She was delightful, like a breath of fresh air. She made me feel welcome and confident that she would direct me to the right person that could help me. In a matter of less than 20 seconds, I was again greeted my another associate named Jamie. She also was anxious to assist me and handled the inability to provide me with a product not in their inventory with, again, a friendly professional attitude. Her efforts expressed that customer service is one of the strengths of their store.



Cheryl and Jamie treated me like "a guest in their home". This is how all customers should feel like with any shopping experience!



Hats off to Cheryl and Jamie and the staff at Michael's Store located in Millbury at Shoppes at Blackstone Valley!
