Excellent service. Called to get an appointment and they got me in the next day. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable, he even gave me a courtesy call when he was on the way. Definitely will use them again!!

Buyer Beware! This company conducts shady billing practices! I requested a repair to my garage springs, had it scheduled, they called back saying they couldn't make it out the day of the appointment; however, if I wanted to pay an overtime charge, they could make it out same day. After the Manager told me the technician would be at my residence at 3pm to make the repair and it would take 1 hour, I agreed to the additional charge. The problem is, another technician, in Millbrook, made the service call and arrived at my residence at 2:45pm and finished the repair in 15 minutes, not an hour. When I requested a refund of the overtime charge, the manager said no because he had to be back in the office to finish his paperwork before 3:30pm. My residence is no more than 15 minutes away from their Grandview Rd office...
