My experience dealing with Complete Climate Control has been 100% unprofessional. I contacted the company because they were a Bryant Service Center. I self diagnosed the blower motor bearings going bad and had them come out to verify and confirmed that was the issue. As a consumer I need to do my part and make sure I have all my options on the table before making a decision. I asked if there were any alternatives and their lead technician informed me there was a more cost effective aftermarket motor that would work. I agreed to have the aftermarket motor installed and found it did not work. After 6 trips back the technician called the manufacturer and the manufacturer informed the tech that the motor was not compatible. This call should have been made before ordering the part...I've had repeated calls with them that has escalated to the business yelling at me, the customer, in disagreement and false accusations. A year later and I'm still dealing with the issue and there is no resolution in sight.
