We've had the pleasure of shopping at several locations of Pier 1 in Washington state and Oregon with good buys and good customer service, unlike the experience we had at the Mill Creek store. The manager at the Mill Creek branch was rude, loud, unfriendly with overall poor customer relations.

We found a great floor model stools with different prices and suggested we understand stores matches price and are willing to pay the lower price for both stools instead of different prices. The manager refused and went into a long drawn argument on how one of the stool arrive before the other which created different Priceline for the same product. To make matter worse we arrive the store with friends that we were introducing to Pier 1 Import, needless to say they got a taste of bad customer service that only turned worse.

Overall, this store has a bed customer service with stink from the bathroom overcoming the hallway with picture frame display. Thumbs down to the store manager, sales associates are better at caring for customers.
