Provided by YP.comI previously gave a good review for Top Notch tom but after he volunteered to go to Florida and paint our other home there I have seen a terrible side to his business ethics. He insisted on going to Florida to paint our house there and asked us to give him a $2000. Deposit which he cashed right away. We found out he even wanted a woman to meet him there to stay in our house. We said no. He turned around and did no work and went to St.Augustine Florida . He refused to do the work and will not return our 2000. He is very argumentative and it appears cannot be trusted. Please avoid this man. Not worth the hassle.
