I was at phenomenal hair today. I spent 160.00 for a relaxer which only cost 55.00 Then I paid another 45.00 for a dry haircut when I did not ask for this as a matter of fact I asked Melissa not to cut my hair. She said it was needed and she would only trim it but I got my hair cut and charged for a cut 35.00 I asked her not to do. Over two and a half inches was cut off my hair. I was charged 45..00 dollar for a wash blow dry and curl. how do you get a relaxer with washing the hair. and a curl i did not receive. I try very hard to support my black business but in return this is the result of my effort. The name phenomenal reminds me of Maya Angelo she would be hurt to see how we treat one another this shop is a disgrace.
