Liz rushed through vital information at the start of the visit and did not confirm if I was happy with or wanted to make an adjustment to the placement before proceeding with the tragus piercing. When I spoke with Liz about my dissatisfaction with the piercing she became defensive instead of focusing on the consumers needs or a solution. Very unprofessional

I will not return or recommend.

I am beyond outraged because of the fact that I was stupid enough to come to this establishment. I got my belly button pierced 3-4 months ago and I noticed as I was cleaning my bellybutton ring that there was a slight bump, so I go there and I guess the lady working went out on a lunch break and was coming back so there was a line of people waiting outside. She comes back and she’s the only one working so I wait until my turn in line and I tell her about the bump on my skin around the bellybutton. I tell her it’s been about 3-4 months, I ask her as a customer what to do and she LITERALLY says “ take out the jewelry and leave it out for a week and clean it.” I told her I couldn’t have it close and she said that the hole wouldn’t close and to come back next week, but considering she was the only person working she dismissed me and wasn’t really paying me much attention. Four days later I look at the top of my belly button and noticed the hole was closed. I can’t even really see where the hole is for the bottom of the peircing. I go back the same day I noticed this and YOU WANNA KNOW WHAT, THE PLACE WAS CLOSED. I was already fairly upset because the lady told me to take it out and that it wouldn’t close. I HAVE WAITED OVER A WEEK AND THE PLACE IS STILL CLOSED. I also found out that my cousin and my friend had the same issue and that they were supposed to take you to the back room and put a liquid that would make the bump be cleaned out and then they would put in the peircing in right after. I AM OUTRAGED,, PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AND GET YOUR PEIRCINGS DONE ANYWHERE ELSE.

I got my tragus done here. I said no diamond and he put a diamond in. The back fell off three times which he said was not possible. When I was cleaning it (exactly how he said to, I’m not new at this), it fell out completely. It really hurt and I was really upset because I loved it.
When I got my rook pierced, he made the hole in my ear, then left to answer his cell phone and I was just sitting there with a straight needle in my ear.
I get that Greg has a sense of humor but it’s time to be professional. I just lost money and time. Sadly, I have to find a new place.

I came in about a monroe piercing that the skin has grown over on the inside and I want it taken out. The piercer was not there. How do you have a piercing shop and no piercer. I let that go the woman at the front told me they could take care of it. She said 15$ if they have to stretch the hole open 50$ if they have to repeirce. I specifically told her my concerns asking if I would have to get it surgically removed she said NO. She said come back Wed ask for greg the owner. I came in today there was no one at the front to acknowledge me. I waited 5 mins and a guy came out and he was SO RUDE he barely wanted to listen to my needs as a customer cut me off and said nope you have to go to the Dr's. The fact that I have to go to the Dr's is not my issue. MY ISSUE is the disrespect and misinformation. I wasted my time coming back here a second time. And when I tried to explain what the lady told me Mon there was no apology for my inconvenience. He said it doesn't matter what she told you.

The guy who works there was beyond nice. He knows what he's talking about and isn't just there for the money. I went to get a triple forward helix and in conversation i mentioned i was going on vacation. He advised me to not get it before I go to the lake due to bacteria. Yesterday I got 1/3 of the triple forward and the lady was nice and did a great job. My nose and cartilage were both pierced here and I haven't had any problems

If I could give negative stars, I wouldn't even hesitate. The guy who works there not only called me stupid but interrupted me every time I tried to speak AND called me a liar. The 2 piercings I've gotten there sucked. 1 got infected but I didn't hold it against them because it happens. The second fell out this morning. I literally woke up with it halfway down my throat. This moron demanded 'proof' that I had it. I told him that they photocopied my license to show that I had gotten it here & I had pictures of the piercing. Obviously that wasn't good enough. Sorry I can't reach into my stomach and get this obviously crappy piece of jewelry out to show you. Avoid this place like the plague.

They're a descent shop but i can NEVER get ahold of them through the phone

Do not get pierced here. My medusa was pierced with a bar much too small, when it swelled, it ripped through my face not even 24 hours after it was pierced. I lost skin in my upper lip, causing a serious infection. They will not refund, they do not care what kind of harm comes from their misdoing.

I've never had a problem with the guy. But I just got my industrial done there and it was pierced wrong. Never get pierced by the 2 girls working there. They don't know what they're doing nor do they care. Never going back.

Went here for my 3 daughters to get their bellys pierced. Greg the piercer is awesome! He was so professional opened all the equiptment right in front of me! He explained everything in detail for what he was about to do! Went over the anatomy of the piercing! Step by step cleaning. He was just great all the way around! I would recommend Generation X to anyone. They have the best prices for everything and not a RIP OFF like most other tattoo shops! Generation x is awesome. I just wish they would expand so that the wait is not so long! However its still worth the wait. P>S the best part of the piercing was his humor Greg is so frapping funny! All the silly things he said had my daughters laughing and relaxed instead of being scared of the needle. Plus great use if reverse psycology! Generation X is awesome.

To start, the piercer was beyond patient with me. I am a very nervous and scared person, so the whole needles going into skin thing freaked me out. He talked me throught the entire piercing. Very professional and funny kept my mind off the entire piercing.



The whole place is extremely clean and great looking. Everyone is so friendly, chatty and funny! I refuse to go anywhere else to get my piercings.

I've gotten pierced at this place in the past & had a very pleasant experience. Unfortunately when I took my daughter there over the weekend to get a rook piercing we were harassed and nearly assaulted by another group of customers. They barged right into the area marked private while she was in the chair & started asking the piercer questions. When I asked them politely to respect our privacy & please wait their turn (which I shouldn't have had to ask. He should have told them.) they started screaming, cursing, threatening violence, & even attempting to put their hands on us. At this point any decent business would have called security to protect the paying customers, but instead he & the staff restrained them so we could leave since these people were apparently "friends" of his. I am absolutely disgusted that people would act like that at all let alone be tolerated by an establishment like that. I will NEVER go there again. Let them cater to the thugs if that's what they choose.

Generation X is the best I Have gotten 26 Piercings done there I would recommend to anyone

never go there! He'll mess up your piercing and refuse to fix it!

my piercing fell out less than 24 hours after getting it done. He wanted me to wait over 2 hours (when it would've taken him five minutes to put it back in [which he did for another girl the day before me]). Then refused to give me a refund (when no signs stated he had such policy in the store). Then refused any service with or without an appointment after I got upset. He yelled at me in front of his customers saying, "GET OVER IT" And I left in tears.
