The girl that used to work here was Jamie. She was so sweet and friendly. Today, the lady that helped me was very unfriendly and bearly said two words to me. She never smiled, she had pictures of her family at her desk, looks like her husband is in the military. Maybe she was depressed. Also, I had my Tennessee Vols shirt on today, maybe she's an Alabama fan?
