Our pool is ten months old. We have cracks around the tile and gaps all under the coping. In addition, the table that was built in the pool was under water so it had to be raised and now has about a two inch exposure of mortar with no plaster. We have been contacting the owner, Bill, since a month after the pool was built and he has left empty promise after empty promise of someone coming out to fix the issues. Our experience is they do not honor their warranty.
