I wish I could take away the one star. When I tell you they are the worst...the worst. They WILL NOT stand behind there work. I had them come to my house (Mistake number 1, have them tell you there rate) $125.00 an hour weather the man is working or not, and they charge from the time they leave the office, not on property. When I tell you the man didn't know how to fix my tankless water heater, he was CLUELESS, and thus the "troubleshooting" began. { Let me take this off, then, let me try this, etc, etc} Finally after about 2 hours and 20 minutes with my assistance, we had some hot water. Then the shock, the bill $340.00 I was like, your kidding right? You actually "worked" about 20 minutes of the total time, and it would have been longer without my help. Then, well I did a diagnostic, and that consisted of...I took your unit apart...and looked around your house at the pipes. Then, I cleaned your filter, it was the size of a cigarette, took him about 30 seconds and he blew out the particles by putting the unit next to his mouth. Then, well I vacuumed up the water, yes, because you didn't secure the water valve off and caused water to drain on my floor, of course you had to pick it up.
Then, the real shock, approximately one week later and less than a total of one hours use, the heat stopped working again, and then, I made a call, thinking that a company would stand behind there work...NOPE... Run people, run....the owner bob said, was the water hot when he left, answer yes, well we did our job, call the manufacturer of the unit, it's not our problem. I said, well the problem returned, and he said, well I will come out again and it will cost you $125.00 an hour. I said, not a chance in hell it wasn't fixed properly, and he said, if you had hot water when we left, then it was as far as the company was concerned. Then he abruptly hung up on me. I would highly recommend you call another company...AGAIN...CALL ANOTHER COMPANY. Can I express it enough...don't be fooled by these fools, call another company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
