Do not rent from here for several reasons

1 They tell you free heat but give you no heat

2 Roaches

3 contaminated water (rusty) cloudy soot in it

4 They do not return security deposit and try to charge you for things that are not true once you leave

5 poor maintenance

6 No Parking when they tell you you have free parking
