I went in thinking I wouldnt get the help I needed, but Takena Hamiliton was a GREAT help and making my trip to this location successful. She was very friendly and polite and took her time to understand what I needed. I would highly recommend anyone to go thru her if your looking for total protection plans thru assurance!!!!!

Make sure you go see Takena Hamilton if you have any questions‼️ You would think she’s been doing this for decades the way she’s able to break things down and make everything easy to understand

Monese Brunious customer service is excel. This woman is highly knowledgeable about the different insurance packages/products and she ensures that her clients understand the details of each plan. It’s not common when an agent knows there job to the fullest and help you out in the process. I spoke with Karlissa Bell and she was very knowledgeable in what she was explaining to me and how their insurance company is not like all the other companies. She explained to me that she knows its hard to make high payments each month and that she will help pick the best payment plan thay works with my budget. She gave such great advice and answered all the questions i asked her with professionalism. I would definitely recommend this company and for the next customer to speak with her.
