Five star movers were the best movies I've ever used to move several times a movie from Midland Texas to Portland Oregon they were very honest professional and courteous they got all my belongings their set everything up and just the way I want them these guys are totally awesome if you're moving I strongly and highly recommend them to all are moving and the lady who gave that one star review review about a accident understand that it was her daughter and her and they weren't moving it was just an accident where the trailer came to tire came off so let me just tell you these guys are awesome you need to use and have a wonderful and blessed day

Horrible and unprofessional. His truck and trailer were involved in an accident with my daughter and will not step up and get information to his insurance company. I can only imagine how he would treat your belongings. He doesn't care.

Steve is not an upstanding person. His moving truck and trailer was involved in an accident with my daughter and he will not step up and take responsibility with his insurance company. If he is this unprofessional with an accident I can only imagine how he would be moving personal property. Do not trust your belongings with someone like this.

These guys were totally awesome and move several antiques baby grand piano and all other items in my household and a 2500 pound gun safe and everything they put back in place just the way we wanted it thanks again five star we recommend you all

This was the worst moving experience we have ever had. Steve double booked us then left us hanging for three weeks not knowing when or if they could move us. They said it would take a day to load and it took three. The packers were horrible. We had to buy more boxes and pack or repackage stuff ourselves. All of our stuff finally arrived 4 days late and in the middle of the night. Then his guys would not unlock the trailer or unload our stuff until we paid them an extra $2000 over the agreed-on price. We are talking to our lawyer now. These people should go back to jail where they belong.

Steve and his guys were awesome they moved from midland to new braunsfels and nothing was damaged and we had lots Waterford crystal and antiques I recommend steve and his guys to everyone who are moving thanks again steve

This was the most disorganized move I have ever had. These guys had no idea what they were doing. First- they promised to move all of our things in one move. We were moving from Big Spring to Hobbs New Mexico. It took them three trips because Steve the owner, took the big trailer and left them the small one. They lost the key to our old house and the key to the storage room, so the police were called on them by our storage room office lady. I had each box marked and asked them to leave the ones marked for individual bedrooms and anything that would be used in the house out, so that I could get to it. Everything was piled in a huge disorganized pile. I'm still looking for pots and pans. We had lots of nice framed art, had a 600.00 dollar frame broken and the artwork inside was scratched. Still opening kitchen boxes with broken bowls. These guys stood around and gossiped about the owner. It was a disaster from the beginning to the end. Do yourself a favor and use anyone but these movers. It's laughable that they even call themselves movers. We gave a big tip to the head of the moving crew and asked him to split it with the others, which he didn't do. Dishonest, undependable, and wreckless with belongings. Don't do it!!! We paid 2500.00. We asked him to reimburse us for some of the broken items. Never happened.
