No one seems to be in charge, I hear different stories for different people. No one answers call, was hung up on when questions were asked. Think they are above the law and do not have to follow the rules themselves.

when calling dismas charities..i tend to have questions reguarding members of the facility.. needing a number or a call back would be nice.as the director of tha facility he should be responsable to answer or reply..i cant get no help.
