Beth turned a beautiful $300 dress into a HACK JOB! When a refund was requested she flat out REFUSED and demanded that it was somehow my fault for the uneven hemming. The lining was 2 inches longer than the dress in some spots, one side was shorter than the other, and there was a 4-inch variance in the skirt length front to back. Outrageously POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will NOT be returning to this store for alterations and would suggest you look elsewhere for quality tailoring.
