Incredibly unprofessional. They wouldn't call us back keep in mind we already paid them when we finally got a call back made tons of excuses but still no bounce house. They couldn't even tell us when they would arrive. They were supposed to come Friday to set up and they disn't show. Saturday called and called and call ed with no answer. When I finally kept calling back to back they picked up made more excuses but still no bounce house. When they did arrive at the last minute they asked for payment which we had already done. You'd be less stressed going somewhere else.
